Spring Break update

I hope that you all are having a fabulous spring break - I'm so very happy that you have taken some time to check up on the blog and to get ready for next week.  I am excited for all the stuff you are going to learn!!!!!!

I am going to put a couple of links that you need to click on and either watch a little video or do some practice problems.  These will open in a new window on your computer so when you are done you can just close it and it will bring you back to here.

We have several areas that we are going to be working on together as a class this block.  I have choosen these areas because everyone needed some help with these topics.  Please also be working on your independent study plan as well.

I am super excited - well for a couple of reasons - spring is hopefully around the corner (I do realize that we live in Idaho and "spring" includes a few snow storms) and second that you are in my math class :) I hope that you are ready to work hard and learn a lot.

You know what they say about time and flying and fun :)  So now that we are to this point it is time to review.  Whenever you are preparing for something like a test or even a job interview there are a few important things to do in your last minute preparations. 
Reviewing
Now is not the time to be working on new concepts - Now is the time to remember what you have been learning.  Reviewing is simply remembering.  Go back over all the things you have worked on this block - both individualy and group stuff.  You will have to do your individual stuff but I will make some links to the stuff we have done together.  I chose these links to help you review - if you need to look at the videos or practice problems go back through the blog posts.

These links are not inteded to be the only thing that you use for review - Use your vocabulary flash cards and any notes that you have taken.  Also go back over practice problems that you have already done.

Reviewing is obviously important - but it is also important to remember a couple of other things as you are making final preparations -
Get a good night sleep and eat a good breakfast that morning.  Taking care of yourself is important if you want your mind to work at its best.  See ya on Tuesday -  You will do great!!!!!!!
