Do at least one assessment from north star - (there are 6 to choose from)
      All of these are great and you can print a certificate at the end showing your skills
Feel comfortable with using your mouse - especially dragging and dropping
Practice your typing skills - know your wpm (words per  minute)
Know the basics about the atomic calculators TI30xs that we will using
      how to turn it on, how to use the fraction button, how to toggle

mouse games - try at least one game that is in the category for clicking and dragging  remember which game you tried and your opinion of it ;)

keyboarding skills link - this a great site for improving your skills

typing skills - click on the default button on the left side of the screen - be sure that your timer is set
for 60 sec.   When you are finished notice the box on the right it will tell you your wpm and how many mistakes you made.  Feel free to do try this more than once - bring your best score to class on Thursday :)
