Ok lets all take a nice deep breath and close your eyes with this image in your head.

Sometimes when things are hard we let them get the best of us and we start to get super frustrated and then it gets even harder.  When this happens we need to find a way to let go of the frustration and find our focus.  Breathing - nice big deep breaths - and "happy place" can help.  If you are finding Algebra to be your source of frustration - think "In" and "Out" nice and slow with a mental picture of something a little less stressful.  Now think - where am I getting lost and lets go back to that and try again.  Go back to any of the previous posts and work from there.
The following links should also help - check them out and then do the questions at the end.  Enjoy a fabulous weekend!
